Senior Consultant - AI Detection and Response (Remote)

About the role

CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response, working remotely. The consultant plans, deploys, implements and supports the CrowdStrike Falcon platform's AI capabilities, covering the full lifecycle from customer engagement and planning through installation, optimization and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation, configuration and troubleshooting for Falcon's AI-powered detection and response
• Help customers optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows
• Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues across small to large enterprises and interpret AI-generated alerts
• Use Falcon's AI to improve vulnerability prioritization, asset management and incident response threat hunting
• Integrate Falcon's AI into customers' existing security tools and workflows
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team and create customer-facing AI collateral

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment
• Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux platforms
• Proven experience applying AI to improve decision-making, workflows and business outcomes
• Experience mentoring or leading cross-functional teams is a bonus

Required skills

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in cybersecurity, and of software deployment technologies
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or Bash
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms
• Solid computer and network security knowledge and strong presentation of technical AI content
