Technical Support Engineer – Korean Speaking (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Join CrowdStrike’s global Customer Support team as a Technical Support Engineer, providing 24x7 assistance to Korean‑speaking customers across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will troubleshoot complex security platform issues, collaborate with internal teams, and help customers maximize the value of the Falcon® platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support for Korean‑speaking enterprise customers, handling incidents, root‑cause analysis, and resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to fix bugs, enhance features, and create knowledge articles.
• Manage shift schedules, including holidays, to meet global support coverage requirements.
• Stay current with new technologies, product releases, and AI‑driven tools to improve support efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in a product technical support role serving global enterprise customers.
• Professional proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, or macOS environments.

Required skills

• Operating system fundamentals: user/kernel space, memory management, registry, file and network I/O.
• Debugging tools for Windows, Linux, macOS.
• SIEM/SOAR concepts, Kafka, container administration, regex, query languages.
• Identity Management: Active Directory, MFA, Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, SAML.
• Network troubleshooting with TCP/IP, Wireshark, PCAP analysis.
• Cloud SaaS environments, API/REST, JSON, HTTPS, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Splunk.
• Container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI technologies to enhance decision‑making.
