About the role
The Senior Commercial Home & Investment Lending Manager will lead a team of Home & Investment Lending Managers, mentor colleagues and drive growth of the commercial home loans portfolio across the Brisbane region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and deliver appropriate home and investment loan solutions for mid‑market commercial clients.
- Partner with commercial bankers to deepen relationships and increase whole‑of‑wallet revenue.
- Mentor, coach and influence lenders and bankers across the region.
- Lead portfolio growth by attracting new customers and reducing attrition.
- Provide market insights, highlight emerging trends and refer business to branch and commercial partners.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and act as a problem‑solving resource for complex transactions.
Required profile
- Extensive credit experience with deep product and market knowledge.
- Proven track record in relationship‑based sales and customer service.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of diverse lending structures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop a high‑performing team.
Required skills
- Credit analysis and underwriting.
- Commercial lending product expertise.
