Senior Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager you will partner with the Leadership team of the Flare brand to drive smart, sustainable growth. You will lead financial planning, build clear models and turn complex numbers into practical advice for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide commercial insights, financial guidance and support for strategic decisions.
• Lead commercial finance across pricing, deal economics, investment cases and business performance reviews.
• Own financial forecasting and P&L performance analysis, identifying risks and managing opportunities.
• Build financial models and translate SaaS and business performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Champion AI and automation to improve reporting, forecasting and decision‑making.
• Lead, coach and develop the commercial finance team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering within a SaaS, technology or subscription‑based business.
• Proven track record of partnering with executive and senior leadership to influence commercial outcomes and strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pricing decisions, investment cases and performance management.
• Leadership experience developing high‑performing finance teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field; CA or CPA highly regarded.

• Analytical capabilities to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Experience using AI, automation or data tools to improve efficiency and decision quality.
