Senior Clinical and Sales Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results‑driven Senior Clinical Specialist to join its Electrophysiology team in Queensland. The role provides expert case coverage for advanced electrophysiology procedures and supports sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procedural support on complex electrophysiology cases, especially arrhythmia treatments.
• Lead training sessions, mentor associate clinical specialists, and ensure high performance of in‑field teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimise patient outcomes and troubleshoot product issues.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations and handling recalls, complaints, and feedback.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, preferably as an EP cardiac technician or similar.
• In‑depth knowledge of electrophysiology, catheters, arrhythmias, hardware and software.
• Strong leadership, autonomous work style, and proven technology adoption record.
