About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Electrophysiology Team in Queensland as a Clinical and Sales Specialist. You will provide expert procedural support for advanced electrophysiology cases, helping healthcare professionals deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support on complex arrhythmia cases using Johnson & Johnson MedTech products.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimise patient outcomes and troubleshoot product issues.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations and benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with product recalls, complaints, and feedback to inform future development.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably as an EP cardiac technician.
• In‑depth understanding of electrophysiology, catheters and arrhythmia management.
• Strong leadership, ability to work autonomously and a proven track record of new technology adoption.
