Senior Civil Engineer – Project Coordination

About the role

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the technical side of greenfield land development projects, taking them from raw dirt to titled lots. You will act as the authority liaison, produce reports, set strategy and ensure the civil design progresses smoothly while collaborating with surveyors, planners and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate civil design and technical progress across multiple residential and industrial subdivision projects.
• Prepare and review reports, respond to council RFIs, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Understand project briefs and technical programmes, setting strategy to keep civil work on schedule.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering with consultant‑side Victorian land development experience.
• Ability to juggle several projects at different stages while maintaining patience and good humour.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Required skills

• Civil engineering design and land development expertise.
• Strong report writing and liaison skills with councils and authorities.
