OFCI Procurement Manager – Data Centre

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an OFCI Procurement Manager to lead Owner‑Furnished, Contractor‑Installed procurement for large‑scale data centre projects. The role acts as the primary liaison between the sourcing team and construction project teams, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of critical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supply chain for mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment, including contract administration and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project procurement plans in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
• Lead RFx processes, commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations and single‑source justifications.
• Process change orders, RFIs and submittals, and produce accurate stakeholder reports.
• Conduct price analysis, cost modelling and benchmarking to secure competitive pricing.
• Track delivery schedules, mitigate supply‑chain risks and coordinate closely with construction teams to align timelines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management or construction project controls, preferably in mission‑critical or data‑centre environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred); PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex purchase orders, vendor relationships and to work on‑site with travel as needed.
