Senior Business Development Manager - Outbound

About the role

ShiftCare is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales in the disability care sector. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help care providers streamline their operations with our software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, consistently exceeding quotas.
• Target and engage disability care providers needing HR, payroll, CRM, home‑care and accounting solutions.
• Leverage existing networks to generate new business and nurture lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to align sales strategy with product releases.
• Provide feedback for product improvements based on customer insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably within disability or aged‑care software.
• Proven track record of managing a full sales cycle and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting abilities.
• Passion for delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency of care providers.

Required skills

• Consultative selling and ability to understand client needs deeply.
• Experience with HR, payroll, CRM or accounting software solutions.
