Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Superloop is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to expand its enterprise customer base. You will leverage Superloop’s network and security solutions to win new large‑business contracts and meet aggressive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new enterprise and large‑business opportunities across the Australian market.
• Develop and execute territory and sales plans based on market intelligence.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Superloop products and services.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of large‑business sales experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
• Proven track record in new‑business development and complex B2B negotiations.
• Experience selling SASE, SD‑WAN, and SSE solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to present value propositions to C‑level executives.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
