Integration Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead ICT and fit‑out delivery for data centre and network sites in Sydney. You will act as the primary onsite liaison between contractors, landlords and internal IT teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ICT and fit‑out delivery for DC/NW sites, including contractor engagement and long‑lead equipment procurement.
• Coordinate physical infrastructure and telecom deployment (racks, cabling, copper/fibre, patching) based on IFC designs.
• Provide on‑ground project management for colocation, network sites, offices and storage fit‑outs.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress and produce weekly reports with milestones, risks and photographs.
• Run coordination and project control meetings to manage actions, interfaces and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data centre, telecom or large‑scale technical fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Construction Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, network hardware and telecom systems.
• Familiarity with BIM tools and construction scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera).
