Senior Brand Experience Designer

About the role

LSKD, an Australian-owned activewear brand, is hiring a Senior Brand Experience Designer for its Global HQ in Logan. The role leads the strategic vision, design standards and physical visual execution across the global retail footprint and physical brand moments, covering store signage systems, experiential retail campaigns and community event activations. It is a full-time position starting around March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Bring the LSKD brand to life across physical touchpoints, from store graphics and signage to typography and visual storytelling.
• Create experiences for pop-ups, product launches, community events and new store openings across global markets.
• Design VM graphics, seasonal campaign takeovers and window display graphics with the VM team.
• Design signage systems, environmental graphics and wayfinding that fit with store design and architecture.
• Partner with Store Development, Community Marketing and external production teams to deliver localised concepts.
• Explore innovative materials, sustainable print solutions and interactive experiences.

Required profile

• 6+ years of graphic design experience focused on environmental graphic design, physical retail, spatial brand experience and directional signage.
• A strong portfolio of retail signage systems, large-format spatial execution, environmental typography and experiential campaign design.
• Proven ability to design for community events and retail activations, and to influence Store Development, Visual Merchandising and marketing stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Australia; the role is based in Logan.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) at a deep technical level.
• Understanding of large-format printing, material substrates, architectural signage fabrication, structural fixtures and color calibration.
