Senior Bid Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA, a global company delivering complex civil infrastructure, rail, water and geotechnical projects across Victoria, is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator based in its South Melbourne corporate office. The role leads the development of high-quality, client-focused tender submissions, working closely with project, commercial and engineering leaders to turn strategy and win themes into compelling, visually engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination and delivery of complex tender submissions, meeting deadlines consistently
• Translate win themes and bid strategy into clear, client-focused messaging across all submission content
• Write, edit and refine bid content, keeping it consistent, clear and professional
• Present key information using written content, visuals and infographics
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial and delivery teams to produce cohesive submissions
• Manage bid governance, documentation and approval processes for compliance and accuracy
• Support stakeholder engagement, bid workshops and risk/opportunity development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or a related field
• Proven experience coordinating bids/tenders in infrastructure, construction or engineering
• Ability to turn complex technical information into clear, client-friendly messaging
• Strong document design and visual communication skills (infographics, layouts)
• Excellent organisation and time management, able to handle multiple deadlines
• Understanding of bid governance, approvals and commercial fundamentals
