Senior Associate Operations Business Analyst – Payments & Treasury

About the role

The Senior Associate Operations Business Analyst will support DBS Australia’s Payments, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting functions, delivering projects and process improvements while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects, initiatives and process improvements within agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Elicit, document and maintain user requirements, change requests and standard operating procedures.
• Support testing, implementation, post‑implementation reviews and business‑as‑usual issue resolution.
• Manage risks, stakeholder communications and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience delivering projects or process improvements in payments, cash or treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of operational policies, internal controls and AML/CTF, sanctions monitoring and IFTI reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex operational and regulatory concepts.
• Detail‑oriented team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of treasury products such as Money Markets, Fixed Income, Bonds/Repos, NCDs.
• Experience with payments/cash management systems including SWIFT, RTGS, BECS, BPAY.
• Familiarity with RITS, Austraclear and Murex systems is desirable.
