Senior Associate – Internal Audit

About the role

Scyne Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate to lead internal audit engagements for public‑purpose clients. You will help improve business processes, manage key risks and support decision‑making for government agencies and not‑for‑profit organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal audit engagements covering operational, strategic, compliance and financial risks.
• Develop strategic audit plans, perform fieldwork, test internal controls and prepare audit reports.
• Manage multiple client engagements and collaborate with national and local teams.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to service‑offering development.

Required profile

• Demonstrated internal audit and risk experience, preferably in the public sector or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional certifications such as CIA, RMIA or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Growth mindset, ethical conduct and collaborative attitude.
