About the role

Join Scyne Advisory’s Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure (CFI) team for a 12‑month graduate program where you will work on real‑world projects shaping Australian public‑purpose outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic, operational and performance reviews through research, data analysis, benchmarking and financial analysis.
• Analyse organisational performance to identify revenue growth, cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Contribute to operating model and organisational design engagements by analysing structures, processes and governance.
• Develop high‑quality business cases, executive briefs, reports and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver outcomes and build trusted relationships.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Completed or completing a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, commerce, engineering or law in 2025 or 2026.
• Ability to commence in March 2027.
• Prior experience or internships in strategy/consulting is highly regarded.
