About the role
This is a great opportunity for a Competition Lawyer with 4‑6 years’ post‑qualification experience to join a genuinely global Competition/Antitrust practice in Sydney, working on complex regulatory, merger control and enforcement matters with a heavy cross‑border focus.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and settle sections of merger submissions and clearance filings.
- Prepare engagement packs and correspondence for the ACCC.
- Run first‑cut advice and take ownership of discrete workstreams within investigations, including evidence mapping, chronology building and response drafting.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience in competition and consumer law.
- Strong technical foundation in competition law, sound judgment and ability to manage multiple matters.
- Collaborative style and professional presence in a close‑knit team.
