Legal Assistant – Support Class Actions Partner

About the role

The firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a Head Class Actions Partner. This full‑time position involves a mix of administrative, billing and document‑preparation tasks within a top‑tier law environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage diary, email, and travel arrangements for the partner.
• Handle monthly billing, time entry and expense processing.
• Draft, format and file briefs, legal documents and correspondence.
• Organise events, seminars, conferences and related logistics.
• Run conflict checks, open and close files, and maintain court filing schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Assistant.
• Strong interest in AI automation and desire for a long‑term support role.
• Full‑time availability and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
