Senior Appian Designer – Sydney

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Appian Designer to lead the design and development of BPM solutions on the Appian platform in Sydney. The role involves translating business requirements into robust, scalable applications while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise Appian applications, including interfaces, rules, integrations, records, sites, reports and process models.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply Appian best practices to ensure performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST and SOAP services.
• Conduct performance tuning, platform administration and support ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of hands‑on Appian design and development experience.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end BPM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both business and technical teams.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
