Senior AI-Native Engineer – .NET & Software Engineering

About the role

This role suits people passionate about AI and reinventing software engineering to deliver faster, higher-quality products. You will join a team exploring AI‑First ways of working and leveraging rapidly advancing LLMs and AI coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Independently deliver defined workstreams from prototype through production for Fortune‑1000 clients.
• Lead discovery and scoping sessions, ask clarifying questions and frame ambiguous business problems.
• Build full‑stack AI‑powered systems that generate measurable client value.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, raising them before they become blockers.
• Champion AI‑native development practices, applying prompt engineering, output validation and critical review of AI‑generated code.

Required profile

• Client‑facing aptitude with a consulting posture; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience, preferably with cross‑functional or client‑facing work.
• Strong expertise in .NET and modernising .NET applications.
• Proven ability to independently deliver a workstream in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments.
• Openness to learning new stacks and technologies across cloud platforms.
