Senior Advisor – Infrastructure Advisory Services

About the role

Senior Advisor – Infrastructure Advisory Services will join Bureau Veritas’ Infrastructure Advisory team in Sydney (or Melbourne) to provide strategic, commercial and transaction advice on major infrastructure, energy and utilities projects. The role supports government and private‑sector clients in making investment, procurement and delivery decisions that shape communities and drive economic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of strategic, commercial and transaction advisory engagements across major infrastructure, energy and utilities projects.
• Develop commercial analyses, business cases and advisory recommendations to inform client investment and procurement decisions.
• Manage procurement and transaction processes, including market engagement, tender evaluation and negotiation activities.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables such as reports, briefing papers and executive‑level presentations.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while contributing to business development and practice growth.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in engineering, economics, commerce, finance, law, construction management or a related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure advisory, management consulting, commercial, transaction or project delivery environments.
• Exposure to major infrastructure sectors such as transport, renewable energy, water, social infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills with ability to translate complex issues into practical recommendations.
• Proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
