Senior Advanced Cyber Security Architect / Engineer – OT/ICS

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a highly experienced Senior Advanced Cyber Security Architect / Engineer to provide consulting, architecture, risk assessment, and implementation services for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. The role supports mining, energy, utilities, and industrial customers across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS cybersecurity consulting, architecture, assessment, and implementation projects for industrial customers.
• Conduct IEC 62443 cyber security risk assessments and develop remediation roadmaps.
• Facilitate customer workshops, engage stakeholders, and develop Zone & Conduit models, Security Level Targets (SLTs), and Cyber Security Requirements Specifications (CRS).
• Design secure OT architectures including network segmentation, industrial DMZs, and secure remote access solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and trusted guidance throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security, OT security, network security, or industrial automation.
• Hands‑on experience with IEC 62443 risk assessments in OT/ICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO 27001.
• Proven customer‑facing consulting, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across Australia.
