Senior Administration Officer – Strategic Research Partnerships

About the role

The Strategic Research Partnerships (SRP) team at the Australian National University supports collaborative research partnerships that advance the university's research, innovation and impact objectives. It engages with industry, government and external stakeholders and supports partnership development and research collaboration. The Senior Administration Officer provides high-level administrative, operational and reporting support to the SRP team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder enquiries
• Maintain partnership databases and records
• Prepare reports and briefing materials
• Provide secretariat support to committees and working groups
• Support contract and partnership administration activities
• Assist with the delivery of events and stakeholder engagement initiatives

• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment and manage competing priorities
