Senior Account Manager

About the role

Quantcast is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its Commercial team in Sydney. You will be the primary point of contact for key advertisers, managing end‑to‑end programmatic campaigns and driving growth across both managed services and self‑serve clients in New South Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full campaign lifecycle – setup, delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, optimisation and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and execute account strategies that maximise advertiser spend and foster long‑term retainer relationships.
• Lead the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring seamless integration with Quantcast’s platform.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Technical Operations, and Engineering teams to align campaigns with service level agreements.
• Provide data‑driven analysis and actionable insights to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of client‑facing account management or operations experience in digital/programmatic media.
• Proven ability to navigate commercial conversations with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong strategic thinking with a passion for programmatic advertising.
• Comfortable presenting to external clients and facilitating meaningful discussions.
• Experience working with campaign reporting and analytics.
