Security Consultant

About the role

CyberCX is looking for a Security Consultant to join its cloud security practice. You will work with a diverse customer base, delivering services that align with CyberCX standards and industry frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cloud security services according to agreed scope, standards and frameworks.
• Lead or support client engagements, handling planning, stakeholder management, governance, risk and delivery.
• Prepare and present high‑quality deliverables such as findings and recommendation reports.
• Assist senior team members with research, capability building, innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support customer relationship development in collaboration with sales, solutions and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level qualification in cyber security, forensics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on varied information/cyber security projects.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and a solid understanding of cloud security principles.
• Working towards a major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI) – certifications preferred.
