Seasonal Store Associate - UNIQLO Wetherill Park

About the role

UNIQLO is hiring Seasonal Store Associates for its Wetherill Park store. The associate acts as the customer service specialist of the store, exceeding customer expectations by listening to their needs, giving detailed product information and acting as a brand ambassador. The position is open to full-time and casual staff.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Process deliveries and keep stock, equipment and back-of-house areas tidy.
• Replenish stock and change displays on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to be approachable and talk comfortably to a range of customers.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store, as shifts can start early or finish late.

Required skills

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.
