Seasonal Sales Associate – Christmas Casuals

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our Salomon store in Chatswood for the Christmas season. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a welcoming and knowledgeable retail experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, using product knowledge to guide shoppers and drive sales.
• Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom, ensuring visual standards are met.
• Address customer complaints promptly, turning issues into positive outcomes.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts and follow company procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and preparation for promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• High energy, positive attitude and natural curiosity.
• Strong enthusiasm for the Salomon brand and outdoor sport products.
• Ability to identify customer needs and match them with suitable products.
• Availability to work throughout the holiday period from 26 Oct 2026 to 31 Jan 2027.
