Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

About the role

Assembly Label is looking for an enthusiastic seasonal casual retail stylist to join its Chermside store as it heads into its busiest season of the year. It is a chance to gain retail experience while supporting the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience during the peak trading period. Strong availability, especially on weekends and during later evening trade, is required.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to build brand loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
• Uphold the retail operational standards and procedures.
• Work with the State Manager and Store Manager so that data integrity and loss prevention strategies are carried out in line with business targets.
• Maintain high standards of personal and store presentation.

Required profile

• Strong availability, particularly on weekends and during later evening trade.
• Able to deliver an authentic customer experience and drive sales targets, including during the busy Christmas trade.
• Enthusiastic, welcomes feedback and reflects the core behaviours of hungry, humble and smart.
