Scoping and Development Officer

About the role

The Scoping and Development Officer coordinates the design of upcoming road construction projects on the DTP network, working closely with senior engineers and external consultants to ensure designs meet engineering standards and best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compliant, feasible and costed civil designs for road projects.
• Manage project documentation and ensure it aligns with stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and external consultants to maintain engineering standards.
• Contribute effectively to the design team and support safe, inclusive team operations.
