Scheduler (Replacement Guarantee) - Construction Projects

About the role

A well-established Western Australian construction business, which supplies and installs wall and ceiling systems for residential and commercial projects, is hiring a Scheduler based in Willetton, WA. The role coordinates subcontractors and manages project schedules so that projects run efficiently, safely and on time. It is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start, Monday to Friday, paid $90,000 to $120,000 per year plus super.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate subcontractors across multiple residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate with builders, customers and subcontractors to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Interpret construction plans and understand project scopes to schedule works
• Plan and manage project workflows, timelines and upcoming works
• Generate work purchase orders and keep accurate project documentation
• Monitor progress, share updates and help resolve scheduling issues or delays
• Coordinate specialist trades, building services and architectural features
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required profile

• Previous scheduler experience is essential
• Project scheduling, coordination or administration experience in the construction industry
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Attention to detail, proactive and independent work style
