Scaffolder/Scaffold Labourer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled scaffolder to join our team in Wauchope, handling the full cycle of scaffold setup and dismantling on residential construction sites. The role involves loading and unloading equipment, interpreting plans, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, verify equipment against pick lists and secure loads.
• Transport, interpret building plans, install and dismantle temporary stairs, railings, and void protection.
• Prepare and submit reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements and related documentation.

Required profile

• Permanent work rights and a valid, unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Basic scaffold licence (highly advantageous) and truck licence (highly advantageous).
• Experience in residential construction and ability to work up to 50 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.
• Proven reliability and commitment as a team member; crew‑lead experience is a plus.
