SAP Payroll & Time Consultant (Sydney)

About the role

The SAP Payroll & Time Consultant will design, implement and support SAP solutions for payroll processing, time management, attendance and statutory compliance. You will work closely with HR, payroll, finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll operations and seamless integration with core HR and finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, rollouts and enhancements for SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management.
• Configure payroll and time‑management modules to meet local statutory and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate payroll and time data with finance and HR systems.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues and deliver continuous improvements.
• Document solution designs, configuration settings and testing outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP Payroll and/or SAP Time Management projects.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, time‑evaluation and statutory compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, compliant solutions.
