SAP Finance Lead

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an exceptional SAP Finance Lead to join its growing SAP practice in Brisbane. This senior leadership position will drive large‑scale SAP Finance transformations, shape delivery strategy and act as the trusted advisor to C‑suite clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP Finance transformation programs across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Own delivery strategy, solution architecture and quality outcomes for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Serve as primary advisor to senior client stakeholders in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Drive adoption of SAP tools such as SAP HANA, WalkMe and Signavio.
• Define and embed best‑practice delivery methodologies, templates and accelerators.
• Mentor senior consultants and principals, building deep capability within the team.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, leading presentations and expanding market presence.

Required profile

• 15+ years of hands‑on SAP Finance consulting experience delivering large‑scale transformations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and its finance transformation applications.
• Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders and navigate ambiguous programme environments.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams through full transformation lifecycles.
