SAP Data Migration Lead

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end data migration and integration activities into SAP systems, ensuring accurate extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation and loading of legacy data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate data mapping rules between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA target structures.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams, monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and manage defect resolution, mock conversions and cut‑over readiness.
• Work with SAP tools such as LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP Data Services and SAP MDG workflows.
• Apply SAP global data standards, governance policies and maintain MDG models, workflows and validation rules.
• Execute data quality checks, monitor master data KPIs and ensure compliance with naming conventions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in ETL development, data extraction, transformation and loading for large‑scale SAP programs.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and functional modules of Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, MM.
