SAP AI Platform Consultant – Graduate/Associate

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Graduate/Associate SAP AI Platform Consultant to help clients build, deploy and operate AI solutions within SAP and broader enterprise environments. You will work alongside AI Architects, SAP consultants, data engineers and business stakeholders to create the technical foundation for Agentic AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support platform design workshops and capture technical requirements.
• Assist with configuration of AI and integration services.
• Develop low‑code or pro‑code AI solution components.
• Implement secure, scalable AI platform services.
• Build and test AI applications, agent frameworks, orchestration services, integrations and knowledge‑retrieval capabilities.
• Contribute to demos, proofs of concept, platform accelerators, proposals and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Strong interest in AI platforms, software development, integration technologies and enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of AI solution architecture, application development and systems integration concepts.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, web services, integration concepts and data platforms.
• Awareness of Generative AI, AI assistants, AI agents, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge grounding.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work in client‑facing consulting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science or a related technical discipline.
