Salesforce Functional Analyst – Healthcare Digital Transformation (Hybrid)

About the role

A forward-thinking digital transformation program in the healthcare sector is looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst in Melbourne on a 12-month fixed-term hybrid contract. The role acts as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning complex business needs into scalable, efficient and secure Salesforce solutions that improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges, and turn them into clear Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce following platform best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation, from functional specifications to process flows and user guides.
• Manage and maintain user roles, permissions and data security settings.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Support continuous improvement by finding ways to enhance Salesforce capabilities and the user experience.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally with Service Cloud, Health Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-driven approach, able to anticipate needs and take ownership of solutions.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder) are highly regarded; healthcare or not-for-profit experience is a plus.
