Sales Support & Customer Service Executive

About the role

Mascot Engineering is looking for an experienced, customer-focused and energetic person to join its National Customer and Sales Support Team at the Smithfield head office. This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The role is varied and covers answering calls, processing orders and quotes, resolving product queries, liaising with internal departments and supporting the national sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from repeat and new customers
• Process customer orders and quotes
• Resolve customer queries about products
• Be proactive with sales phone calls and ensure enquiries are answered professionally and promptly
• Liaise regularly with internal departments and support the national sales team
• Handle CRM administration

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer sales support role
• Positive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help in different parts of the business
• Interest in the building, plumbing or electrical industry
• Ability to work in a team environment
