Sales Specialist – Infusion Therapies & Platforms (QLD)

About the role

As a Sales Specialist for Infusion Therapies & Platforms, you will partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacy professionals and procurement leaders across major hospitals in Queensland. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative infusion solutions that improve patient care and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify incremental business opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and management staff at all levels.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing and Corporate Accounts teams for territory management.
• Provide market insights and data to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate education, training and ongoing product support throughout the product life‑cycle.
• Ensure all product information shared with customers is approved by Marketing or Medical Affairs.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Nursing, Medical Science or related field.
• Proven sales/account management experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and autonomous work capabilities.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Valid Queensland driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
