Sales Representative - NAPA Bibra Lake

About the role

NAPA Bibra Lake is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Executive to help grow the business. Sales Executives report to a Channel Manager and work closely with NAPA Branch Managers to build business relationships with target customers in their territory. They solve customer problems proactively and are responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of their territory. The role is hands-on, involving receiving, dispatching and putting away stock.

Key responsibilities

• Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building and understanding customer needs
• Own the sales and gross margin performance of your territory
• Attend and take part in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
• Achieve sales budgets
• Develop new business and manage accounts
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock
• Maintain a safe workplace and practice safe driving
• Deliver excellent sales and service to trade customers

Required profile

• Engaging, strong communicator with sound negotiating skills
• Solutions and service focused, thriving in a KPI-driven environment
• Track record in account management or business development
• Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Ability to build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Willingness to learn; no automotive experience needed
