Sales Representative

About the role

Based at our Kewdale site and reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will drive sales growth for our galvanising products and services across construction, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure and manufacturing markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, quoting, negotiation and closing.
• Provide technical advice on galvanising processes, applications and product benefits.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery and support upselling.

Required profile

• A qualification in business or sales, or at least three years’ relevant experience in manufacturing, mining, construction or a related industrial sector.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, account management or business development with strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach to lead generation, pipeline development and achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of galvanising, steel and coatings processes.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear customer benefits.
