Sales Representative, Implants (Brisbane Cohort)

About the role

Stryker's Sales Academy is a new medtech programme in ANZ, with its first cohort starting in Brisbane in January 2027. As an Implant Sales Representative you will work in one of the implant divisions (Trauma, Sports Medicine or Upper Extremities), selling directly to surgeons and theatre teams in the operating theatre. The role is field-based.

Key responsibilities

• Sell implant products to surgeons and theatre teams, working alongside them during procedures
• Build deep trust with surgeons and become the product expert they rely on
• Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support clinical outcomes

Required profile

• Target-driven, business-minded people with strong commercial instinct
• Backgrounds such as sport, allied health, hospitality, graduate programmes or other sales roles are welcome; no degree required
• Interest in clinical outcomes and anatomy and physiology
