Sales & Mapping Representative, Cardiac Ablation Solutions

About the role

Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) portfolio covers electrophysiology mapping platforms, navigation technologies, ablation catheters and related solutions for treating cardiac arrhythmias. This Sales & Mapping Representative position is based in Brisbane, Queensland and supports customers across the assigned territory. You will work with clinical specialists, sales colleagues and cross-functional partners to drive technology adoption and business growth, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Cardiac Ablation Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support physicians and healthcare teams during electrophysiology procedures with expert guidance on mapping, navigation and ablation technologies.
• Educate and train clinicians, hospital staff and key stakeholders on product applications, procedural workflows and best practices.
• Champion the safe, effective and appropriate use of Cardiac Ablation Solutions products across customer accounts.
• Identify, develop and progress opportunities that increase product utilisation and expand customer partnerships.
• Work with Marketing, Training & Education, Business Development and sales leadership to drive customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Coordinate and support customer training initiatives and act as a technical resource for the region.

Required profile

• High School Diploma and 8+ years of sales and/or clinical experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of such experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the adoption of advanced 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic and complex electrophysiology ablation procedures.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel interstate as required.
• Preferred: experience with both capital equipment and consumable medical device sales, and a proven record of territory sales growth in the medical device industry.
