Sales Manager - Biosurgery, Brisbane

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's Surgery team is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead its Biosurgery team in Queensland. The role is based in Brisbane, reports directly to the National Sales Lead and sits in clinical sales to surgeons (commission). It involves shaping strategy, driving growth, empowering teams to meet targets and building relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Biosurgery sales team, driving sales growth, market share, profitability and regional business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic account and commercial growth plans, partnering with hospitals, health networks, procurement teams and executive stakeholders
• Coach and mentor Product Specialists, supporting their career growth and capability development
• Work cross-functionally, using market insights and managing resources while complying with company policies and industry standards

Required profile

• Degree qualified with a strong sales background, preferably in Biosurgery
• Previous sales leadership experience is highly regarded
• Good knowledge of the local market and strong commercial acumen
• Natural relationship builder who communicates clearly at all levels
• Passion for coaching people, with the ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders
• Rights to work in Australia, a reliable car and a valid driver's licence
