Sales Executive - Payments Solutions

About the role

Ezidebit and eWAY are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales team and turn inbound leads and referrals into loyal customers. Using a consultative approach, you will identify customer needs, recommend tailored payment solutions, manage your pipeline in Salesforce and deliver strong customer experiences. The role suits a motivated, results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and manage income leads, promote products and services and convert enquiries into profitable customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up, keeping proposals, Client Services Agreements and client documentation accurate and timely.
• Complete risk assessments, adhere to pricing policies and meet regulatory and company standards.
• Work with Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development to meet conversion objectives.
• Manage incumbent client reviews, including rate checks and SLA commitments, to support retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines and provide timely reporting.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including funnel activity, proposals, close rates and compliance service levels.
• Take part in sales and product training and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in internal customer support and/or internal sales.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills, able to build rapport quickly by phone, influence and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and drive new sales in a competitive environment.
• Genuine passion for customer service and achieving results.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of sales processes, with practical experience using Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Annual salary of AUD 79,000 to 83,000 plus superannuation and commission.
