Sales Executive – Luxury Hospitality (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue for our luxury resort, focusing on MICE, conference and leisure segments. You will build relationships, develop sales plans and convert leads into profitable business.
Key responsibilities
- Implement a personal sales call plan with regular follow‑up and adapt it to market demands.
- Develop and execute follow‑up strategies for prospective business leads.
- Assist in creating and monitoring sales strategies for MICE and conference segments.
- Adhere to the hotel’s rate structure and obtain approvals for any deviations.
- Conduct market research to uncover new MICE and leisure opportunities.
- Reactivate past opportunities using lost business contacts in Delphi.
- Identify and convert qualified leads into revenue‑generating business.
- Provide regular activity reporting and insights to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in events or marketing.
- Experience working with luxury brands in a similar sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Experience with Delphi is preferred but not essential.
