Sales Executive

About the role

WIN Corporation is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Townsville team. You will drive new business and manage existing client relationships for our television, digital and cross‑platform advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the regional market.
• Manage a portfolio of advertising clients, from prospecting and qualification to closing campaigns.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare tailored sales proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Production, Traffic and Finance teams to execute campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reports and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecast revenue and contribute to local market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in media, advertising or related industries.
• Strong client relationship and account‑management capabilities.
• Commercial and analytical mindset to understand client objectives and audience data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
