Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

Compass Education is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to ensure the go‑to‑market team is prepared, confident and clear on the value Compass delivers to schools. You will own playbooks, decks and talk tracks, and build systems that keep knowledge current as the business scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own enablement initiatives end‑to‑end, from brief through rollout, adoption and continuous improvement, measuring impact on the team.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ramp programs for new hires across Sales, SDR and Customer Success.
• Create and maintain the sales toolkit – playbooks, talk tracks, pitch decks, battlecards, objection‑handling guides, FAQs, email templates and customer‑facing education resources.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing and GTM leaders to prepare teams for new modules, product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Establish simple metrics (content usage, ramp time, win rates, adoption) and prioritize enablement impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in enablement or a related GTM role (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Partnerships).
• Proven end‑to‑end project ownership, from brief to delivery and iteration.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for simplifying processes and helping teams perform their best work.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Hubspot.
• Familiarity with modern enablement or LMS tooling.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN or similar).
• Comfort using AI tools to scale impact.
