Sales Director – Insurance

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Sales Director to lead its Insurance practice in Sydney. The role will be responsible for growing the business with existing banking, financial services and insurance clients and for winning new logos across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new logos and identify large opportunities for Infosys services.
• Develop and execute account plans, sales pipelines and proposal strategies.
• Manage and grow existing accounts in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector.
• Establish partnerships and collaborate with internal Infosys service lines to design solutions.
• Act as escalation point, handling risks and issues related to accounts.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, including C‑level executives, to secure new business.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry.
• Track record of winning new business and managing complex accounts.
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with C‑level executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence solutions.
