Sales Development Representative (Sydney)

About the role

We are a boutique Sydney‑based SDR agency helping SaaS, fintech and tech companies generate qualified meetings. As a Sales Development Representative you will run outbound campaigns for a portfolio of clients, contacting decision‑makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers, nurture leads and book qualified meetings.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Learn buying processes across multiple industries and contribute to pipeline strategy.
• When client targets are met, generate pipeline for Nousu and share in upside on closed deals.

Required profile

• Curious, coachable and eager to improve weekly.
• Strong work ethic and comfortable with repetitive outreach.
• Resilient to rejection and able to maintain consistent energy.
• Clear communicator and good listener.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, recruitment or any role involving conversations with strangers is a plus.
