Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Medow Health, an Australian AI healthtech company, is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bondi Junction, Sydney, working hybrid (4 days in office). This is a phone-first outbound role reaching specialist medical practices across Australia and New Zealand, talking to doctors and practice managers and booking qualified product demos for the Account Executives. The SDR team is coached regularly and offers a path toward Account Executive and other sales leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect specialist medical practices mainly through cold calling and email.
• Speak with doctors and practice managers about their challenges and introduce Medow.
• Book and qualify product demos for the Account Executive team.
• Manage leads, follow-ups and activity in HubSpot.
• Work with the team to improve messaging, outreach and conversion rates.
• Occasionally support local outreach initiatives to connect with specialist practices.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and is not afraid of the phone.
• Resilient and driven, motivated by targets and not put off by rejection.
• Coachable, open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Competitive but collaborative, and organised and proactive.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Required skills

• Outbound prospecting via cold call and email.
• Lead management and follow-up in HubSpot.
